• • Volunteers • • Introduction Clay County Soccer Club is a non-profit
501(c)3 organization and depends almost entirely on parent volunteers to ensure the operation and success of our soccer programs.
When you register a child in one of our programs you become a member of our club. Each of our parent members are expected
to volunteer a minimum of two (2) hours during each season.
Snack Concessions The snack concession stand is staffed primarily by parent volunteers. Most teams will be scheduled to work a shift in our
snack concession stand each season. Working a two hour shift in the snack concession stand is an easy way to fulfill your volunteer obligation.
Team
Commitments Some teams make on-going weekly commitments during the season to perform tasks such as field lining.
If your team would prefer to volunteer for some other task rather than snack concessions, your coach should coordinate this
with the VP of Operations at the beginning of the season. Contact vpoperations@claycountysoccer.com.
Volunteer Opportunities Clay County Soccer Club needs all of our
parents to become involved in helping us provide a better soccer program for the kids. There are many ways that you can help!!
Volunteers are always needed and we encourage our parent to become involved in all areas including: Board Meetings, Coaching,
Field Maintenance, Facility Maintenance, Registration, Marketing, Disciplinary Committee, Uniform Committee, Fundraising,
TOPSoccer, and Tournaments.
