CCSC AGE GROUP MATRIX FOR 2011-12 SEASONAL
YEAR For the CCSC Premier Program, it is mandatory for
each child to try out for their “on age” or true age group. If a player is interested and believe they
are able to “play up”, that player must apply and be approved to play up for the next older age group. For more

Advances' Scope and Focus
Our advanced program prides itself in the development of it's players. Past players have signed to play with Division II
teams as well as participated in the USSF Residency Programs in Bradenton, FL.
Player
Development
The Development of today's players comes from two-areas, training and playing the game. The Advanced
Program trainers and coaches understand the developing needs of the competitive player. Players receive in depth technical
and tactical training. The execution of these skills only occurs with a high level of competition. Our Advanced teams play
the best teams in Florida and compete against the best teams in Florida and compete against the best teams in the southeast.
Virtually all advanced players go on to start on their junior high and high school teams.
Tryouts
You make an advanced team by attending our tryouts. The process is competitive in nature. Spots
are earned through two to three days of observation by the coach, trainer, Advanced Vice President and the Club Director. Commitment
For both the Fall
and Spring seasons each team will practice twice a week with one game each weekend. The league games are split between home
games at the CCSC fields and the rest of the games played away at the various league team sites in Duval and St. John's County.
You can also expect to play in a tournament in the fall and in the spring. All of the Clay County teams also enter either
Region Cup or State Cup. These are tournaments that involve all of the advanced teams around the state. Registration Advance teams is a full year commitment.
You have the option of
paying in full or partial payment.
Premier Program players are emailed a registration link when they make the teams. Documentation Requirements
A copy of your child's birth certificate will
need to uploaded on the gottsoccer web site before games begin or in person during office hours. Equipment Required
Shin guards, soccer cleats, ball, and Clay County
Soccer Club uniform. Online Registration 2011-12: Playing Up Information The Clay County Soccer Club believes that players will develop better at their age appropriate
level than at an age level above. However, the club recognizes that, although rare, some talented players may exist
that are physically and psychologically ready to be considered for the next age level within the club’s competitive
team structure.
