Soccer Rocks! at Clay County Soccer Club

Clay County Soccer Club (CSSC) serves approximately 1,000 youth of Clay and southwestern Duval counties for Recreational, Academy & Premier Teams. We are a

member of the North Florida Youth Soccer League (NFYSL), a FYSA Region B league.

Our Premier program teams participate in state, regional and national level competitions and events. Several of our coaches also have membership is organizations that include members from Florida, the Southeast and across the U.S. CCSC is the premier sports athletic organization in Clay County. It is our intent as an organization to promote and

honor integrity, teamwork, perseverance, confidence and sportsmanship both on and off the field.  With two North Florida locations in Eagle Harbor and OakLeaf, all of our facilities, administration, and training staff have been specifically tailored to offer your children the best environment to learn, play and excel. We offer three tiers of competitive play from Recreational, to our accredited developmental Academy program, all the way to Premier program teams that provide a wide variety of opportunities for kids to choose the level at which they want to play.

To develop community and business relationships to enhance the CCSC’s membership base, while serving as a strong business partner to our supporters through access to our Club’s families, soccer facilities, other sport leagues, tournaments and events.

Visibility For Your Company

We will utilize the CCSC’s facilities, including the front and back of the sponsor board (8’ x 32’), fencing in and around the Club and entrance, concessions, parking, as well as field and team sponsorships.

Use of Proceeds

Player registration dollars only go so far in covering the high costs of operating a top-quality sports organization.  Through the generous gift of sponsorship, you are making the Clay County Soccer Club a better resource for the development of our young soccer players.  CCSC has many needs as a self-funded organization and does not receive material support from the county or any other resources. Maintaining the clubhouse, soccer fields and equipment is a costly annual expenditure and without financial support in these areas we can not fulfill our primary mission as a soccer club. Additional future projects include: a new, kid-friendly playground facility; a scholarship program for under privileged families that cannot afford the costs of membership; and a new website to better serve and communicate with our members and the public.

Platinum Level: $1,000

• One 4x4 foot rigid banner on the sponsor’s board at the entrance of the fields.

• One 3x6 foot vinyl banner located prominently on one of the fences inside the facility.

• Inclusion on selected CCSC email communications and marketing materials.

• Exclusive web banner ad space on our website with direct links to your company.

Gold Level: $500

• One 4x4 foot rigid banner on the sponsor’s board at the entrance of the fields.

• One 3x6 foot vinyl banner located prominently on one of the fences inside the facility.

• Linkable banner ad on our website.

Silver Level: $300

• One 4x4 foot rigid banner on the sponsor’s board at the entrance of the fields.

• Linkable banner ad on our website.

Bronze Level: $200

• One 2x4 foot rigid banner on the sponsor’s board at the entrance of the fields.

All sponsorships will be announced via broadcast email communication to CCSC Club’s members and on the CCSC website as applicable. Custom tailored packages are also available as well as opportunities for field and team sponsorships. Program will run through the 2009-2010 soccer season, at least through June 30,2010 at the Dennis Viollet facility in Eagle Harbor at Fleming Island, Florida

Use of funds shall meet all federal and state regulations concerning the use of 501(c) 3 corporation funds. After one year, all sponsors will be invited to renew signs and advertising. While CCSC will make every effort to maintain banners, the club cannot be responsible for acts of weather, vandalism, theft or malicious destruction. CCSC reserves the right to decline advertising deemed inappropriate in nature for a youth organization. Advertising of tobacco products, alcoholic beverages or adult-themed entertainment is prohibited.

Sponsorship Banners

Appearance

All of our banners are produced by one manufacturer to ensure the same high and consistent levels of quality. We offer both a rigid, corrugated banner for our sponsor’s board and a standard vinyl banner for use on fences. All designs are 2 color and will have your company name, logo, & artwork.

Size

Depending on your level of sponsorship we offer both 2x4 foot and 4x4 foot ridged banner sizes and a 3x6 foot hangable vinyl banner size.

Placement

Every sponsor (excluding web and gift contributors) will be prominently displayed on our sponsor’s board which is at the main entrance to our fields and is seen by every visitor to the facility. Depending on your level of participation, additional banners will be placed in a location inside the facility to obtain optimal visibility by players and spectators.
