County Soccer Club Refund Policy •
•
- 100% refund of all registration
fees during the regular or late registration periods.
- 75%
refund of all registration fees during the wait list registration period until team assignment.
- 50% refund once team assignment has been made up to the first week of the
season.
- No refund in the first week of the
season and beyond.
- 100% refund if placed on
a wait list, and either not placed on a team or voluntarily withdrawn prior to placement.
Note: For the purpose of refunds, soccer weeks begin on Saturday and end on Friday.

Waivers for partial refunds will be considered for soccer injuries, medical issues, financial
hardships, or other special circumstances, and granted with board approval as listed below:
- The player has a medical release from a certified medical professional
specifically stating that the player is not to have physical or contact activities. A copy of the release must be provided
with the refund request.
- The player relocated
prior to the season/year of play to an address outside of a twenty five mile radius (as the crow flies) of the player's home
field.
- The player registered for a program
and age group and that program and age group does not have enough players participating or that program and age group does
not have an open roster position for an additional player.
