President’s Cup Result
Clay County Soccer would like to congratulate the
U11 Boys on a strong finish in the President’s Cup. The boys made it to the finals after a 4-0 win over the Dallas
Texans from Pensacola. The final saw them go against a strong West Pines United team. Our Rangers went down 3-0
in the first half but fought there way back to a 3-3 draw in the second half. With less than a minute to go before overtime
the West Pines team was able to crack a tough defense and slide a goal in to end with a heartbreaking 4-3 loss.
Clay
County Soccer wants to congratulate these boys and Coach Carlos Manuel on a tremendous run through Regional Cup play and a
very strong showing at President’s Cup. We are very proud of the way you represented Clay County Soccer.
