Dear Clay County Soccer Club Member,
My name is James Berger and I am the new Vice President of Marketing for our great soccer club. One of my first goals in this position is to develop a long-term and lasting strategy, vision and identity for our club, our children, our parents, our community, and our donors to be proud of and rally around. In the coming months, you will see many great things, big and small, centered around this task, from the creation of an updated club mission statement to a whole campaign centered around the theme of "Play at Clay!" We want to involve our kids more with upgraded social media features and we want to involve our community by telling them our story, who we are and what we do.
A big part of this, of course, is fund-raising. As most of you know, CCSC is a not-for-profit organization. Our club needs funding from private and corporate sponsors and donors to help with day-to-day operations as well as the many capital improvements that we would like to see; from new fences and more lights, to indoor training facilities and even a small stadium with locker rooms.
In order to accomplish this we need your help.
Below, you will find a short voluntary 10-minute survey of our Club's membership. This survey is not mandatory, and you are not required to answer every question once you start. The purpose of this survey is to help us to understand and to convey the spending and consumer habits of the 2,000+ people who make up Clay County Soccer Club. Who are we? Where do we shop and dine? How often do we leave Fleming Island and Clay County? Who are our most trusted professionals? We want to use this information to encourage local businesses, big and small, to participate in our vision, and to understand that they are already a part of our club and our community. And we want to learn how we can best return our Club's support back to our sponsor-partners. And yes, we will definitely share the results with you.
